3-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Morning Meal Cookies - Tidy & Delightful.

How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You usually have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure all the components, caress the bread to ages, then cut out small cookies into heart, moon and star shapes and then wait the next century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That's just how I roll up. But then I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you receive round Christmas time. Instead they are a little more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.

However, what mostly convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's right, and anyone can combine two components.

Though in case you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you eat them), but I must mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the very first I finished read the article the remainder within an hour.

They're perfect for hiking trips or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep these as a fast snack in my back pack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for more throughout the day.

If you don't possess that make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegan)

To create the cookie contour just grab a spoon and scoop a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It is super quick and simple.
